Guided Imagery And Your Intuition

Guided imagery can help you develop your intuition. It can be quite useful when you want to solve problems, learn more about yourself, and discover what makes you tick.

In my Intuitive Support sessions (Max Highstein, maxhighstein.com), people often come to me with a need to make a major life decision, such as what career path to take, whether to move or stay, and so on.

Sometimes we’ll use guided imagery and meditation scripts to allow them to go inward and test out different scenarios. Using an inner journey format, I'll guide them to look at one possible scene, and another, and receive input from their inner guidance system. For “decision issues” such as these, a live intuitive counseling session can tailor the inner journey to one’s specific needs. Depending upon a person's individual makeup, they may hear, see, or feel things that suggest how one decision might play out as opposed to another. Used like this, guided imagery can help people access their own inner resources, and get more information than their conscious mind might otherwise have for them.
