Duke University Cancer Center Offers Guided Meditation

Duke Center for Cancer Survivorship (Durham, NC) offers a variety of events for patients, family members and caregivers to help them deal with the stress and overcome the triumphs of cancer. One of the events that they are holding is guided meditation sessions. Then event will help those attending find stress relief, deep relaxation and other benefits of guided meditation without any prior meditation experience.

This event is being held on Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at 12:30 p.m.  – 1:00 p.m. and every second and fourth Wednesday of the month. The location of the even is in the Quite Room on the 0 Level of the Cancer Center.
