What’s better than Fridays? Feeling good on Fridays! Feel Good Fridays: Weekly Guided Meditation For Stress Relief is an event to help you unwind from the crazy week and get ready for a relaxed weekend ahead. This is a drop-in group that was developed to help you undo your stress, feel good inside and out and soothe your nervous system.

This event is located in the Center for Community (C$C) JD Abrams Lounge (3rd Floor) on Friday, Apr 17, Apr 18, Apr 24 from 12:10 – 12:40. Please note that there is prepaid parking available.
