Join Kim Feeney of Lantern House as she helps participants carve out time for themselves and focus on their own well-being. Meditation has been clinically shown to improve relaxation and reduce stress. This 11-week course begins February 23rd and includes weekly guided meditations designed to create space and peace, as well as a question and answer period before and after class.
