Visit the Kadampa Meditation Center of Saratoga Springs, New York for a workshop on March 20th. This half-day class will examine “The Science of Happiness” and how to meditate for happiness. Ordained Buddhist monk, Gen Samten Kelsang will lead the workshop which will include a lecture, guided meditations and a question and answer forum. Participants will learn how to meditate for happiness t mental peace and tranquility.
