CenterPoint Counseling and Consulting is now offering “Mindful Meditation for Everyday Life” classes on the first Thursday of every month. This meditation group class in Pennsylvania is guided by professional therapists. Students will learn to use supportive affirmations to gently re-center their thoughts and visualize images. The facilitators at CenterPoint in Chambersburg aim to help students manage stress and their own mental processes as part of their overall health.
